Very forgettable episode but shiratori appearing is interesting considering the guy is less important in the show

considering that wine was from 1959 and this show is supposedly set in the late 1990's to early 2000's... it is around 40 to 50 years old... i wonder if holding a bottle that large, with glass that thick up to a table-lamp would really ruin the wine inside it? i understand mixing the sediments back into the wine is bad. especially with a red. wines are supposed to be stored on their bottles' sides and periodically the bottles should be rotated GENTLY a few degrees. but if the dude was so woozy as to be unconscious once, how long could he have stood there with the bottle like that in-front of the table-lamp? he's found flat on his stomach, once more unconscious... but there's no sign of the table-lamp around him. so, did the dude ruin the wine, then gently set the bottle down so as to make it look like it had been undisturbed, turn the table-lamp off, stumble away from the table and bottle, and then he passed out once more?
